Sanjiv has over 22 years of progressive IT experience successfully managing projects of all sizes, complexities, and architectures. Sanjiv has worked for the “Big 5” consultancies, boutique consulting firms, and for Fortune 100 organizations around the world.
Sanjiv is a recognized authority in the end-to-end project management and product management lifecycles. He has successfully implemented projects that cross functional departments and have complex layers of technical, data, and application architectures. His project sizes have ranged from teams of a half dozen to 150+ resources. He built and implemented a data warehousing practice for Deloitte Consulting.
Sanjiv was a key author of the Deloitte Consulting project management and development methodology. He has written over 18 books and hundreds of articles for such publications as The Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star. He is also editor for the ‘Data Management’ handbook published by Auerbach/CRC Press. Sanjiv is a frequent lecturer at universities and colleges.
